Monika Błoch is a passionate chef and an advocate for sustainable food practices. She views food as a powerful tool that bridges nature, social connection, and our innate humanity. Drawing on her childhood memories and a profound connection to our earth — the food she cooks celebrates simplicity, sustainability, playfulness, and the joy of sharing. 

As a co-founder of VENN, she wants her culinary philosophy to act as a catalyst for positive environmental and social change.

I see food as a journey to my inner self, one that transports me to some of my most cherished childhood memories, like picking wild berries in the early morning dew of now long distant Polish summers. As a child, I didn’t fully grasp the serenity it brought me, but now I understand better — it was a quiet, natural therapy, a way to center the mind and connect with the nature that surrounded me.
