EAT.BITZ acts as the digital layer. It connects ingredients, species, farms, and guests through oracle cards, a kaleidoscope viewer, and an online datascape.
The social layer is still the lightest. It includes public workshops, field events, and experiments such as Mesa Aberta and farm-based programming.
The simplest way to read the structure is this: the kitchen works with farms and producers. EAT.BITZ makes those relationships visible during dinner. PATIO gives them a physical and public-facing extension in the courtyard behind the restaurant.

Sara Rodrigues and Rodrigo Camacho lead ecological restoration of the courtyard.
