inside and out

At the table, or in the field.

Private bookings at Venn aren't limited to the restaurant. Some of our best evenings have happened elsewhere — at a farm, in a garden, on a quinta. The kitchen travels when the project calls for it.

We take on a small number each season. Not because the demand isn't there, but because each one asks something of the team that we want to give properly.

three ways in

One kitchen. Different reasons to gather.

We don't run a broad events programme. What we offer is a small set of formats for gatherings that feel natural within what Venn already is — whether that's inside the restaurant or somewhere further out.

Private Dining

A table held for your group — either within the rhythm of a regular service or, for the right occasion, as a more enclosed arrangement. The kitchen cooks to the season. The service is paced to your table, not the room.

Group Tables

Larger groups joining a regular service night, coordinated in advance so the evening runs clearly for everyone. A set menu, a managed pace, and a kitchen that knows you are coming.

Collaborations

The kitchen offered to projects that sit naturally within Venn's world — a supper club, a farm dinner, an artist-led evening, a cultural programme. These can happen at the restaurant or off-site. We look for alignment, not just availability.

what to expect

We don't change what we are. We make room for what you need.

The space is small enough to feel focused. The kitchen is precise and seasonal. The best private bookings work with those conditions rather than around them.

That starts with an early conversation. We'll tell you what's possible, what isn't, and what might be better done differently. The aim is that by the time the evening arrives, everything is already clear.

A good private dinner feels less like a booking and more like an evening you planned yourself.

What helps us answer quickly.

The date
When — or how flexible

A fixed date or a window. Either is useful. We keep a limited number of private evenings each season and can tell you quickly what's available.

The table
How many guests

A rough number is enough to begin. We'll ask again as the format takes shape.

The format
What kind of evening

Private dinner, group booking, or a collaboration — each has a different shape and we'll respond accordingly.

The occasion
What it's for

A few lines on the reason helps us understand whether the fit is right and respond with something genuinely useful.
