Deep into the Landscape

Deep into the Landscape brought Landra to Venn for a day's work on the courtyard behind the restaurant.

Guests helped break open the sealed ground, looked at the newly exposed soil and began the work of turning a concrete patio into a forest garden.

There were demonstrations of composting and planting, soil life under the microscope, and material brought from the sea and from the kitchen to go into the ground.
