5. Visit counts without cookies

We also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare is the provider that already serves this website. This tool uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device, so it works whether or not you accept analytics. It tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, which site sent them, their country, browser and device type, and how long pages take to load. Cloudflare does not use it to recognise you or to follow you across other websites. More detail is in section 5 of our Privacy Policy.

6. Who sets analytics-related technologies

Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics 4, operated by Google, if and only if you consent. Cloudflare Web Analytics is run by Cloudflare and sets no cookies.

Google Analytics user-level retention is configured at 2 months unless and until we change that setting.
